What goes up must come down! Racers will climb and descend a 19-minute pyramid in quest of the most total meters. Strategy is key. Rate high and fly or go slow with power? Which race plan will get you the most meters? Test your smarts and your stamina to find out!
This event will be conducted ONLINE using ERGZONE.
The app is free to download in your mobile app store.
The official start time of this event is 9 am CDT for all live racers!
It will be a controlled/race start for those competing virtually on the ErgZone app. The countdown clock will begin at 8:59 am CDT.
Racers in other time zones have 24 hours (until 9 am Monday, March 16, 2026) to complete and submit their times on ErgZone.

COMPETING ON AN OLDER MODEL ERG? You can still compete if your erg doesn't have a PM5 monitor. You cannot participate in live racing, but your score will count in the official results and rankings. Just enter your race time manually and submit a screenshot of your monitor on the ErgZone app so we can verify your event.
Manual Submissions must be entered on ErgZone within 24 hours of the official start date and time to be counted in the official rankings and be posted on our website.
Please check the date on your monitor to ensure its accuracy.
